HopeCaps is an eco-friendly innovation that transforms discarded plastic bottle caps into creative 3D stickers, addressing the growing issue of plastic pollution. Small plastic caps are often overlooked in recycling systems and can take over 500 years to decompose, contributing significantly to environmental damage. This project introduces a simple, low-cost method that uses basic household materials such as boiling water, molds, and decorative tools to reshape and repurpose waste caps into reusable products. HopeCaps not only reduces plastic waste but also promotes creativity and environmental awareness. Additionally, it offers an opportunity for low-income communities to generate income by producing and selling these handmade stickers. Aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 12, SDG 13, and SDG 1), HopeCaps demonstrates how small actions can create meaningful environmental and social impact.
