This project aims to develop a Smart Rain Detector using a rain sensor, Arduino Uno, and a servo motor to provide early warnings and automatic responses during rainfall. The main problem identified is the difficulty residents face in accurately detecting the onset of rain, which often results in clothes being left outside and getting wet, as well as posing potential safety and health risks. The project is designed with a rain sensor and an automated system to deliver an immediate response, such as automatically pulling in the clothesline when rain is detected. The findings show that the device is capable of responding as soon as raindrops are detected. This project contributes to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 13: Climate Action by supporting early weather warning systems for the community
