The Edible pH Indicator Spoon project is an innovation of an edible spoon that functions as a natural pH indicator using plant-based materials such as purple cabage and butterfly pea flower extract. The spoon changes color when it comes into contact with acidic or alkaline food, allowing users to easily identify food acidity levels or food spoilage in a safe way. Additionally, this project helps reduce single-use plastic and promotes environmentally friendly practices. This innovation aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-being and SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production by encouraging a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.
