roots are used in traditional medicine to treat diarrhea, asthma and skin infections. Most of us always eat the
flesh and discard the seeds. But, did you know, jackfruit seeds can also provide benefits that people do not expect?
Actually, there are many uses for jackfruit seeds. For example, jackfruit seeds can be used as a superfood that has
protein, iron, vitamin A and fiber. They can be used as a main ingredient or an addition to cooking. Therefore, the
title of our project is Cupcake Jackfruit Seeds. It is a cupcake based on jackfruit seeds. The objective of this
project is to produce healthier cupcakes, save costs and utilize food waste. This project also aims to completely
reduce the use of wheat flour by adding roughly ground jackfruit seeds like nuts. The use of jackfruit seeds can
help reduce the cost of raw materials and at the same time increase the nutritional value of the product.
Furthermore, the use of jackfruit seeds can reduce food waste and support environmental sustainability practices.
From a marketing perspective, this product has the potential to be marketed because it has added value as an
alternative food. Furthermore, students can increase their knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship and marketing
