The Samyang Vegemeat Dumpling project was developed as an innovation to utilize food waste, particularly carrot peels, which are usually discarded. Although considered waste, carrot peels are actually rich in Vitamin A and antioxidants that are beneficial for immunity and eye health. Did you know that carrot peels can also be used in other ways? For example, they can be used as toppings for dishes and snacks. The main goal of this project is to prove  that discarded materials can be transformed into affordable food products. For instance, left over food can be turned into other meals such as tortilla fried rice and dumplings. The primary objective of this project is to reduce the wastage of raw materials while producing nutritious, tasty, and low-cost food products. This innovation combines the idea of food recycling with the currently popular Samyang flavour trend to attract consumer. Nowadays, the cost of raw materials is increasing due to reduce production costs
