Virtual Booth

This project explores the use of Citrus sinensis  peels as a natural source of scent to create a simple and eco-friendly reed diffuser. This natural reed diffuser is low-cost, safe, and environmentally friendly.Approximately 20 to 32 million tons of orange peels are discarded globally each year. CS wastes are an excellent source for the production of biofuel and biodiesel. The wastes of CS represent an environmental burden. Hence, incorporating the CS residues in eco-friendly medical and industrial uses has multiple benefits to the environment, the industry, and human health.
