The increasing accumulation of plastic waste, particularly from single-use disposable cups, has become a critical environmental concern worldwide. This project introduces the Coffea Canephora is about reusable coffee cup, an innovative and sustainable alternative produced from coffee waste and plant-based renewable materials. The objective of this innovation is to reduce environmental pollution by transforming organic waste into a biodegradable, eco-friendly product that supports responsible consumption and production. The development process was guided by the ASIE model, involving analysis of coffee waste issues, strategic design planning, implementation through prototype production, and evaluation via performance testing. The cup was tested for heat resistance, strength, and reusability. Results demonstrated that the cup can withstand hot liquids (80–90°C), maintain structural integrity under pressure, and be reused multiple times with minimal degradation. These findings indicate that the product is suitable for practical daily use while offering environmental benefits. This innovation contributes to waste reduction, promotes a circular economy, and provides an alternative to conventional plastic and styrofoam cups. Overall, the Coffea Canephora Cup demonstrates strong potential for commercialization and environmental impact, with future improvements focused on enhancing durability and water resistance.
