YIN1204: Augmented Reality-Based Social Studies Learning Innovation On Cultural Heritage At SMP Negeri 2 Pundong

The development of augmented reality based learning media was conducted because Social Studies learning on cultural diversity at SMP Negeri 2 Pundong is still dominated by lectures and static media. Limited technological facilities hinder optimal student understanding. This study aims to develop AR media that is engaging and easy to use and to assess its feasibility. The research uses the Borg & Gall research and development model. Media validation reached 87.86% and material validation 94.28%. Trial results increased up to 92.23%. This media effectively enhances student engagement, improves understanding, and provides interactive learning experiences, although minor lighting issues occur during marker scanning.
